1. Ownership
WeblyBase and its licensors retain ownership of the software, platform components, branding, documentation, themes, plugins, and other materials they own, subject to applicable third-party licenses.
Customers retain ownership of their original website content and materials, subject to rights held by other parties and the licenses required to operate the Services.
A purchase or subscription does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
2. Product licenses
Themes, plugins, templates, and other digital products may be supplied under different license terms.
You must review the license applicable to each product before use. Open-source components may be governed by licenses that provide rights or impose obligations different from WeblyBase's proprietary terms.
Unless permitted by the applicable license, you must not redistribute paid products, share unauthorized license keys, or resell product files as standalone downloads.
3. User content
You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to or published through WeblyBase does not infringe another person's rights.
By uploading content, you grant WeblyBase the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to provide the Services, as described in our Terms of Service.

We do not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal. Decisions depend on the evidence, applicable law, and the circumstances of the report.
